Why Suriya opted out of Gautham's film?

There were reports that Suriya and Gautham Menon would team up again for a film. With their earlier ventures Kakkha Kakkha and Vaaranam Aayiram turning out to be hits, there were a lot of expectations on this project.

However, reports float in that this film will not take off as planned. When enquired, we heard that Suriya is upset with Gautham for discussing the same story with two other leading stars in Kollywood. Suriya was eager to star in this flick and was making corrections in the script to suit his profile but after her heard that Gautham had other plans as a backup he opted out, say sources.
