Box office this week

Five films have hit the marquee today. They are Muppozhudhum un Karpanaigal, Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Eppadi, Ambuli, Kaatupuli and Udumban. Interestingly, each of these films are said to belong to different genres.

Apart from these films, Gautham Menon has come up with Ek Deewana Tha which is the Hindi version of Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya. This film stars Prateik Babbar and Amy Jackson as the lead pair and has been released in about 11 screens in the city. One English film to make it to the box office this week is The Woman in Black.
