Ameer and Bharathiraja - the cold war intensifies

The cold war between Ameer and Bharathiraja intensifies further with the veteran director supporting the Producers’ Council and Ameer supporting the FEFSI. Interestingly, there was rift between the two, right from the Directors’ Council elections. But this was pacified and it was decided that Bharathiraja would get the Chairman post and Ameer the Vice-Chairman post along with Cheran.

Cheran is currently supporting the Producers’ Council and is therefore in the good books of Bharathiraja. Following this cold war between Ameer and Bharathiraja, there is talk that the director may replace Ameer with Cheran in his upcoming directorial venture Anna Kodiyum Kodi Veeranum.
